Marketing Studio Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 15, 2026
1. Data We Collect
We collect data needed to run Marketing Studio, including email address, business name, Instagram handle, client API key, weekly requests, niche, audience, notes, schedule slots, generated captions, hooks, hashtags, images, approvals, retries, notices, Growth Ads requests, and service status information.
2. Connected Account Data
If you connect Meta or Instagram, we may store account IDs, page IDs, handles, access tokens, and publishing status data so the service can publish approved posts or check account readiness. Do not submit credentials unless you are authorized to manage that account.
3. How Data Is Used
- To create, review, schedule, retry, and publish marketing content.
- To show dashboards, notices, request status, and approval queues.
- To operate plan limits, account deletion, support, and abuse prevention.
- To improve the prompts, workflows, and operational quality of the service.
4. AI and Backend Processing
Marketing Studio uses AI automation through an owner-operated backend and personal PC infrastructure. Your prompts, requests, and generated assets may be processed by local tools, backend services, and third-party APIs needed to create or publish content. We do not describe the system as a fully managed enterprise cloud service.
5. Local Browser Storage
The client portal stores your API key and profile cache in your browser localStorage so you do not have to reconnect every time. Anyone using the same browser profile may access the portal until you sign out or clear the key.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure, AI, authentication, hosting, tunnel, email, analytics, or platform services only as needed to operate Marketing Studio. If you publish to Meta or Instagram, approved content and related account data are sent to those platforms.
7. Retention
Generated posts, notices, credentials, requests, and account data are kept while your account is active or while needed for service operation, support, legal, billing, or safety reasons. Some generated media may have retention limits depending on plan and storage rules.
8. Delete Account
You can request account deletion from Settings. Confirmed deletion removes local Marketing Studio account records, requests, posts, approvals, schedules, notices, stored credentials, Growth Ads requests, and generated media stored for that account. Some backups, logs, platform copies, email records, payment records, or published third-party platform content may not be removed automatically.
9. Security
We use practical safeguards for a small owner-operated system, but no system is 100% secure. Keep your email, browser, Meta credentials, and API key private. Report suspected unauthorized access quickly.
10. Newsletter
If you opt in to the newsletter, we may send product updates, service notices, offers, or educational content. You may opt out by contacting support or using any unsubscribe option provided in the message.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or deletion support, contact the Marketing Studio owner using the support email shown in the portal.
This policy should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before use for regulated or high-risk businesses.
