How to get these: open Meta Business Suite, go to Settings → Business assets. Copy the numeric Instagram Business Account ID and numeric Facebook Page ID. Do not enter email, @handle, or profile URL here. Use a fresh long-lived Page access token.

Put your website, Instagram, Facebook, and SEO notes here. The SEO AI Agent Champion Grade crawler uses these public details for audits, generated-post alt text, social-link checks, and export reports. No separate SEO key is needed; Meta credentials above are only for publishing.
